How do I talk to CRM-G or request a free trial?

For product questions or a walkthrough before choosing a workspace name, use Contact CRM-G. The separate free 90-day trial form asks for your company, permanent workspace name, first name and work email. Last name, phone and notes are optional; no credit card is required.

What happens after I submit?

1. CRM-G sends a verification link to your work email.
2. Opening the link moves the request into team review.
3. The team reviews the request and any setup questions.
4. Provisioning is then queued and may take several minutes.
5. CRM-G then emails the sign-in address and temporary administrator credentials.

Wait for the workspace-ready email before signing in.

I did not receive the verification email. What should I do?

Check spam or junk and confirm the email was entered correctly. If the link expired before use, submit the request again with the same workspace name and email to receive a fresh link.

What workspace name should I choose?

Choose a short name your team will recognize, such as acme. It must contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, must be available, and cannot be changed later. A trial workspace uses a sign-in address such as https://acme-trial.crmg.ai/login. Use the exact address in your workspace-ready email; existing workspaces keep their current address.

Can the website assistant submit the request for me?

Where enabled, the assistant can pass your name, work email, and company to the CRM-G sales team after explaining what it collects and why and getting your explicit yes -- it will not ask for any of that without your agreement, and it never provisions a workspace directly. It reads the details back before submitting, and afterward a person follows up by email; there is no live agent on the chat. If you decline, or the assistant offers no capture option, use the secure form so CRM-G can verify your email and route the request through review.

Where can I see plans and pricing?

Visit CRM-G pricing for published plans and allowances. Include team size, required apps, capacity, or implementation needs in your request so CRM-G can confirm the right scope.

Does the free trial include AI?

Yes. The 90-day trial includes a small daily AI allowance for testing. Every production plan includes a daily AI allowance, and the AI Add-On adds more. Compare plans or talk to us before applying.

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No. The free 90-day trial does not require a credit card. It has 5 users, 1,000 records, example data and limited daily AI use. Outbound email, integrations and sandboxes are disabled. Paid terms are confirmed separately.

How do I ask a billing or plan question?

Review the pricing page, then use the contact page for questions specific to your organization. Use the trial form only when you want a workspace.

Which parts of CRM-G can I try?

Every app is included in the free 90-day trial, with limited daily AI use. Production plans (Basic Sales, Service, Advanced Sales and One CRM) each include a daily AI allowance; talk to us to get started. The optional AI Add-On adds extra AI usage.
