The agreement between you and CRM-G when you use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the crmg.ai website and the CRM-G platform — including the Sales, Service, and Time Management applications and the built-in AI assistant (together, the "Service"). By requesting a workspace, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. If you are accepting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. A separately signed agreement between your organization and CRM-G takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
The Service is currently offered in an early-access program. Features may change, be added, or be removed; we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as we develop it. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the Service is provided without an uptime commitment during early access. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
Your organization owns the data it stores in its workspace ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide and secure the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and on your organization's instructions. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train foundation models. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you put into the Service, and for using the Service in compliance with laws that apply to you.
The AI assistant generates content and proposes actions using large language models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it, and confirm proposed changes before they are applied. AI features are subject to per-tenant usage quotas. You must not use AI features to generate unlawful content or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on individuals without appropriate human review.
You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the Service; attempt to access other tenants' data; probe or test the Service's security except through our responsible disclosure process; upload malicious code; use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications; or resell the Service without our written agreement. We may suspend access that threatens the Service or other customers, and will restore it when the issue is resolved.
Trial workspaces are free for the stated trial period. Paid plans are as agreed with our team and, where applicable, billed through our payment processor. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
We retain all rights in the Service and its software; you retain all rights in Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
You may stop using the Service at any time; either party may terminate on notice. On termination we make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable wind-down period, then delete it in line with the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless a signed agreement between us states otherwise. If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; we will post changes here, update the effective date, and notify workspace administrators of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
