Record limits are capacity, not a refill. The record number is your organization’s active workspace limit at any point in time; it does not reset monthly or annually.

Pay only for named users. There is no three-user minimum. Each app plan has the maximum team size shown above.

AI stays optional. Base plans have no model or retrieval charges. AI allowances reset monthly only when the AI Add-On is licensed.

All prices are USD before applicable taxes. Annual plans are billed for the year in advance. Founding access is limited, manually approved, and subject to the published promotion terms.
